In this quest, I had to explore formative assessment and create an example of a formative assessment that I could give my students. As a result, I have created a quick survey via google docs, embedded it below, linked it to my online course (click here to see it) and created a flipsnack book with some formative assessment ideas. A formative assessment should not be designed for punitive learning. In other words, do grade it. Just use it as a tool in the classroom.
